Designed around a modern L-shaped sofa, with handy storage, the comfortable and stylish living space is bursting with natural light from the wide front windows. The log effect electric fire is perfect for cosy nights in - there is space for a large TV to watch the latest blockbusters from the comfort of your sofa. And when your guests pop round, simply blow up the air bed so they can snooze in comfort - they might not want to leave though...


The light and airy main bathroom and en-suite are easy to clean with a simplistic yet on-trend design. The main bathroom is fitted with a large shower and modern concrete-style wet wall; there's also a towel radiator to keep your towels fluffy and warm. The lodge is sited with convenient vehicular access. There is a laid to gravel driveway leading to the side which provides parking for two vehicles. The lodge features a short series of steps leading to the side door in addition to a marvellous decking area at the side of the lodge. An additional area of decking wraps around the front creating a beautiful place to relax and enjoy alfresco dining or sit with a glass of wine and appreciate the fabulous Cairngorm Mountain views.

Site & Fees

The current fees for 2023 are £284.10 per month and can be paid by monthly standing order with a 20 year lease available. A written statement will be entered into with the site owner by the incoming purchaser for the site pitch which is governed under the terms and conditions of the mobile homes act 1983.


It is understood that there is mains water, drainage and electricity. There is gas central heating.
